MHRA Compliance Monitor
From April 2022 the MHRA began a pilot programme for GMP and GDP remediation supervision by eligible consultants acting as Compliance Monitors (CM).
The Compliance Monitor will work with the company to deliver remedial actions identified in a Compliance Protocol (CP) that have been agreed with the MHRA.
Vita Scientiis is pleased to announce that from December 2022 our Senior Consultant Roberto Azcuaga has been deemed eligible by the MHRA to act as a Compliance Monitor (CM) during the MHRA’s pilot programme for Good Distribution Practices (GDP) remediation supervision activities.
If your company finds itself in the unfortunate situation where it is placed under the MHRA’s IAG supervision, you will be offered the option of using a Compliance Monitor to help you complete in a compliant and timely manner your agreed Compliance Protocol and associated remediation work.
